This no-fee structure supports marginalized and underserved people from around the globe to gain access to mentorship, technology, and continued professional development opportunities. But we can't do this without the generosity of our Affiliates & Allies.
WIGI Affiliates are a global community of women, femme-identifying, all nonbinary persons, and allies who support WIGI's mission through fundraising and ongoing amplification!
We have dedicated Discord channels to provide insights, resources, and support for our WIGI Affiliates. WIGI relies on fundraising and generous donations from individuals like you.

WIGI doesn't offer fundraiser-tiered prizing to ensure every dollar raised directly supports WIGI programming and championing sustainable change toward equal pay and opportunities in the games industry for all. We do, however, offer fundraising support in the form of game codes donated by partners, free-to-access toolkits including overlays & stream alerts, and access to a supportive, uplifting, global community of women, femme-identifying, all nonbinary persons, and allies through WIGI's Discord server. Your hard-earned fundraising supports:
Empowers a Get in the Game Mentee with customized business cards to foster impactful networking while attending a games industry conference.
Affords one participant with a WIGI Mentorship Kit for our signature mentorship program. Kits are mailed globally to empower participants with needed supplies to fully take advantage of the program.
Funds one Powered by WIGI speaking engagement for video game, tabletop, and esports conferences to champion gender balance in panels and public events.
Funds a technical workshop that improves career growth and increases earning potential by enhancing employability through proficiency in specialized qualifications.
