Fully Customized Workbook
WIGI develops a custom workbook for each mentorship program, which is used for guided learning, self-reflection, and open discussions.
Panels, Workshops, & AMAs
The program includes panels, workshops, AMA's, and presentations with cohort breakout sessions featuring global industry experts.
Ongoing Support & Community Building
All programs are hosted on a private Discord server to foster continuing conversations and learning even after the program's conclusion.
One-on-One Mentorship
Each mentee is paired with an industry expert based on goals, experience, and questionnaire answers. Each pair meets one-on-one for guided goal-setting and accountability checks.
